A POEM about life. Which side do you belong? Good or bad?
Some folks are good
Most folks want to be good
Others just can’t be good
They’re never in the mood
It might be their childhood
Growing up in the hood
Or maybe it’s in the blood
But there’s some good in everyone
Sometimes there’s a mood switch
Just a tiny glitch
Can flip the switch
This truth might itch
But without a flinch
Most folks will choose getting rich
Over sewing a stitch
Where would you pitch
Within an inch of which
Which ride would you hitch
If you were to pick
In a blink of an eye
On a clock’s tick
To which would you say aye?

I love the way you put this together, serious start, then a playful analogy but still bringing us back to think more seriously. A good read. Thanks 🙂
